Beachy Dreams FAQ's

• Check-in is 4 pm; check-out is 10 am. No exceptions due to the cleaning schedule. The door code will not work until 4 pm on check-in day and will cease to work promptly at 10 am on check-out date.
• You may use either garage entrance. You will need to use the code provided to access the parking garage. It has been emailed to you prior to your stay.
• Make sure to park in a legal parking space and stay within the lines. Security will be checking the parking garage on a regular basis for violators. If you are not parked within the lines you will probably be towed without warning.
• You have been provided one parking pass for the parking garage and one for the overflow lot to the left of the building (if facing the front of the building). You MUST write your check-in & check-out dates on the parking passes AND display them in your car window(s). If you do not do this, you will probably be towed without warning.

• Please do not make inquires at the front desk. The front desk is for the onsite management company. As the owners, we self manage our condo unit so the front desk is unable to assist you.
• Wristbands are in the condo on the table at the front door. You MUST wear your wristband while on the Origin property. These wristbands do not loosen once they are on your wrist, so make sure you do not put them on too tightly.
• The unit has been professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. If you find anything that is not satisfactory, please let us know immediately so we can remedy that for you as quickly as possible.
• Just a reminder that this is a privately owned condo, not a hotel. You will be provided with a starter kit which includes: one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, dishwasher pod, hand soap, a small shampoo and conditioner. Anything else you need for your stay can be purchased at a local grocery store.

• The heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center are all located on the 4th floor. Glass bottles, coolers and containers are not permitted in the pool area.

• Please DO NOT take bath towels to the beach. If you don’t have beach towels, you can purchase them from Sunsations, located at street level on the west end of the building.
• Beach access for Origin is located directly across the street, between the Seahaven Motel and Sharky’s. You should cross the street at the designated crosswalk in front of the building.
• How To Redeems Beach Chairs - You will need to visit the beach at the beach access located directly across the street from Origin. The access is between Sharky's and The Reef at Seahaven. When you get to the end of the beach entrance, you will see a kiosk for www.FunPCB.com. You will need to provide them with our condo unit number, 1227, and they will set you up with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. If no one is at the kiosk, they should be back shortly. You can go ahead and use any empty chair, but know they may need to move you if those are already assigned to other guests.
• The hours of the beach chairs are approximately 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, but they are supplied by a 3rd party company so the hours of operation are at their discretion. 
• Beach chair season is approximately March 15 - Oct 31 but, once again, it is at the discretion of the beach chair supplier.

• Venture to the 15th floor for stunning views from the observation deck. From the front door of Unit 1227, walk straight ahead to the end of the hall. To the left is the east elevator; take that to the 15th floor. The center elevators do not go to the observation deck.

Check-out

• Check out time is 10:00 am. The door locks are on a timer. Your door code will stop working promptly at 10:00 am on your check-out date. 
• Please take all trash to the trash chute at the elevator on the east side of the building. (From our condo unit, go out the door and walk straight. The trash chute is on the left at the end of the hall near the elevator.
• Please double check the condo for any personal items prior to leaving. The owners are not responsible for any items left behind.
